Guatemala Finca La Soledad – The Micro-lot offering diplays the soft milk chocolate taste, full body and and lively brightness which balances the best coffee Guatemala has to offer. It finishes with a delightfuuly fruit-juicy finish.
City Plus Roast – this is the lightest roast of the group- we are preserving the acidity and showing off the potently sweet juicy flavour and balancing the body.
Cranberry nut crisps, semi-soft washed rind cheese, reduction of basalmic vinegar and honey.

Ethiopia Dry Processed Sidamo from San Marcos Co-op – The berries are hand picked and very ripe. This comes through in the sweet fruitiness of the cup character. The whole berries are sun dried on raised tables and hand sorted before being dry milled at the co-op. The amazing complexity of the coffee is accompanied by a light body and a syrupy mouthfeel. It almost reminds of the sypup that tinned fruit cocktail is packed in.
Full City Plus Roast – this coffee can easily stand a wide range of roast levels from light which brings out the crisp fruited tones to medium dark which developes a chocolately tone. Here we are roasting to maximize the natural sweetness which is unique among natural high grown Ethiopian coffee.

Sulawesi Kalossi Fair Trade Organic – Indonesian coffee is typefied by earthy, full bodied, and spicy flavours and this coffee hits the mark spot on. Look for a bitter-sweet aftertaste with a hint of savoury spice. A perfect after dinner offering.
Vienna Roast – brings up the body and weight of the coffee. This roast level can stand up to a bit of cream.
